DigiKainat does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, sales, revenue, conversion rates, advertising results, or business profits unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Google Ads and Advertising Platforms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google Ads and other third-party advertising platforms operate according to their own policies, systems, algorithms, approval processes, and terms. DigiKainat does not guarantee that every advertisement, keyword, campaign, landing page, or account will be approved or remain active. Advertising performance may change without notice due to competition, policy changes, algorithm updates, market conditions, platform restrictions, or other factors. The client remains responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services, claims, licenses, and promotional materials comply with applicable laws and advertising-platform policies. Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are separate from DigiKainat&#8217;s service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. SEO Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SEO is a long-term marketing activity and results cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Search engine rankings may fluctuate due to algorithm updates, competition, technical changes, website changes, industry conditions, and other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat will use reasonable professional efforts to perform the agreed SEO work but does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, featured snippet, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Website Development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Website development will be carried out according to the agreed scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, logos, credentials, approvals, and other materials required for development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable credentials, third-party services, hosting providers, domain providers, or client-side changes may affect the project timeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed, additional revisions or functionality outside the original scope may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate and complete business information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide required documents, images, logos, access credentials, and content when requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and approve materials within a reasonable timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that information supplied to DigiKainat is lawful and accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain valid licenses and permissions required to operate the client&#8217;s business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to requests necessary for completing the agreed services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make payments according to the agreed payment terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat is not responsible for delays, losses, or performance issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information supplied by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Leads, Calls, WhatsApp Enquiries and Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where DigiKainat provides lead generation or marketing services, the number and quality of leads may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat does not guarantee that every lead will become a customer, booking, sale, or payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lead quality may be affected by advertising budget, location, competition, customer demand, business pricing, response time, availability, sales process, reputation, and other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client is responsible for responding to enquiries and converting leads into customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Commission-Based Partnerships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat may enter into selected commission-based partnerships with businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commission structure, calculation method, payment schedule, qualifying leads or sales, exclusions, reporting requirements, and other partnership conditions will be agreed separately in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless specifically agreed otherwise, a commission-based arrangement does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, sales, customers, or revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat may terminate a partnership where the agreed conditions are not followed, payments are withheld, information is misrepresented, or the relationship becomes commercially or legally unsuitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Payments and Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All service fees, advertising budgets, deposits, recurring charges, commissions, and payment schedules will be communicated through the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, agreement, or written communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client agrees to make payments by the agreed due dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services without liability to DigiKainat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat reserves the right to withhold deliverables, pause campaigns, suspend website-related work, or stop other services where outstanding payments remain unpaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Refunds and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service, the work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the applicable agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services that have already been performed, delivered, or initiated may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third-party charges, advertising spend, domain costs, hosting costs, software subscriptions, platform fees, and other external expenses may be non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any outstanding amount for work already completed or expenses already incurred remains payable after cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat may use or integrate third-party platforms and services, including advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, analytics tools, software, plugins, communication platforms, and other technology providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions, technical failures, pricing changes, data loss, suspension, termination, or other actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DigiKainat retains ownership of its proprietary systems, strategies, processes, templates, internal methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to use the specific final deliverables created for the client according to the agreed scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client must not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DigiKainat&#8217;s proprietary materials without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Client-Provided Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide any content, images, logos, videos, trademarks, documents, or other materials supplied to DigiKainat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client remains responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both parties should take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information received during the course of their relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confidential information may include business strategies, account information, credentials, pricing information, customer information, marketing data, technical information, and other non-public business information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently obtained, legally required to be disclosed, or otherwise excluded by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client agrees to indemnify and hold DigiKainat, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information or materials supplied by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client&#8217;s products or services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client&#8217;s violation of applicable laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client&#8217;s violation of third-party rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful claims made by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client&#8217;s misuse of DigiKainat&#8217;s services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, malicious, or otherwise prohibited activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where it reasonably believes that a client or campaign violates applicable law, advertising policies, third-party rights, or these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Service Suspension or Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat may suspend or terminate services if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are overdue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client breaches these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client provides false or misleading information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The requested activity is unlawful or prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A third-party platform restricts or suspends access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuing the relationship creates legal, security, reputational, or commercial risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termination does not automatically release the client from payment obligations already incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiKainat shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, government actions, platform outages, third-party service failures, strikes, war, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22.
